Return and Refund Policy
To return or exchange an item, send an email to info@amara-tinturarianatural.com
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 business days of delivery by the carrier.
In case of exchange
Orders to Portugal and the rest of Europe, the shipping costs of the product to be exchanged are the responsibility of the customer, we offer second shipping.
International Orders (outside Europe) the shipping costs of the product to be exchanged and the new product are both borne by the customer. We appreciate your understanding as we will not bear any taxes or customs fees on returned items.
Except for an error on our part (product by mistake or damaged), in these cases we will bear the shipping costs.
We suggest sending the product by registered mail for greater security and to avoid any losses during the process.
In case of return
A full refund of the value of the product purchased will be made, and shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer. You will receive a refund of the value of your purchase, shipping costs not included, as soon as the pieces reach us in their original condition.
Orders for Portugal, the rest of Europe and International (outside the EU) shipping costs for returning the parts are borne by the customer and our brand is not responsible for any losses in this process, for greater security we recommend that the order be sent by registered mail to our address.
The amount will be returned in the same payment method as the purchase, within a maximum period of 10 working days.
Parts will only be accepted if returned:
- With the brand label;
- Unwashed or used, with no odors or stains and no alterations made by the customer (e.g. hem adjustment, etc.)
We appreciate that the parts are returned in the exact condition in which they were sent in order to receive a refund.
I remind you that I am an artisanal production brand and we work with natural dyeing and botanical printing, and we do not produce many units of the same model. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the same item, size or color.
If it is not possible to exchange for a product identical to the one purchased, the customer may replace the part with another model for the same purchase price, or request a refund for the purchase.
We work with biodegradable processes and natural raw materials, from coloring pigments to the choice of fibers (always natural). In these procedures, it is common for there to be small changes to the piece depending on its use. If there are any problems such as stains, shrinkage and fading, which were not caused by improper handling of the product, we will receive the return and carry out analyses. Within 90 days we will contact you, by email, with a diagnosis and possible solutions.
In case of any problems arising from transport
The customer has 48 hours (for international orders only) after receiving the order to communicate any anomaly with the order by phone or email. AMARÁ is not responsible for any problems arising from transportation. We will refuse any request for refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products that present external defects and your complaint has not been made within 24 hours.
